Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By starting a call or otherwise using the Listenscene widget, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the widget.

2. Scope

These Terms govern your use of the widget only. They do not create a direct subscription relationship between you and Hevichay. The business hosting the widget is responsible for how its AI assistant is configured and for the service it provides to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the widget unless the hosting business allows otherwise under applicable law. If you use social sign-in or email verification, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the widget to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others
• Submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass widget security controls
• Record or redistribute conversations in violation of applicable law or the hosting business's rules
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

5. AI Interactions

Responses are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on a conversation with the widget are your responsibility and that of the hosting business.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you use the widget and how to exercise your privacy rights.

7. Suspension of Access

We or the hosting business may restrict or end your access to the widget if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or abuse risk, or if required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hevichay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the widget. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the widget after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
