Subscription & Billing

This document describes subscription plans, billing, and payment for organizations using Listenscene, a product of Hevichay. Access to paid features is granted only after successful payment in advance; there is no post-paid or "use now, pay later" model.

1. Subscription Plans

Access to certain Listenscene features requires a paid subscription. Available plans, included features, and usage limits are described on our pricing page and in your organization dashboard. Your organization may use paid features only for billing periods that have been successfully paid in advance.

2. Billing Cycles

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each monthly or annual billing period
  • Paid features are unlocked only after the charge for the current period succeeds
  • Your billing cycle begins on the date a payment succeeds for a new subscription or renewal
  • All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated

3. Payment

You authorize Hevichay to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. If a charge fails, access to paid features is suspended immediately and remains unavailable until payment succeeds. Listenscene does not operate on credit and does not maintain unpaid balances.

4. Cancellation

Your organization may cancel at any time from organization settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated
  • No further renewal charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
  • Access to paid features ends when the subscription period expires
  • Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and DPA after the applicable grace period

5. Price Changes

Hevichay may change subscription pricing upon at least 30 days' notice by email or in-product notification. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the new price applies.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madagascar, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
