Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Hevichay may issue refunds for Listenscene subscriptions purchased by organizations.
1. General Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. By subscribing, your organization acknowledges that access to Listenscene begins upon activation and that fees cover the billing period in advance.
2. When a Refund May Be Issued
Hevichay may issue a refund at its discretion, or where required by law, in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges confirmed by our billing review
- Extended service unavailability caused by Hevichay beyond the exclusions in our Service Availability document
- Cancellation within any applicable statutory withdrawal period for eligible EU business customers
- Other circumstances required by applicable consumer or commercial law
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial billing periods after cancellation takes effect
- Unused features, call volume, or plan capacity within an active period
- Dissatisfaction with AI response quality where the Service operated as described
- Suspension or termination for breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules
- Downtime caused by third-party providers, your infrastructure, or force majeure events
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request to our billing team within 30 days of the charge in question. Include your organization name, account email, invoice reference, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund or withdrawal rights under applicable law. Organizations established in the European Union may have additional rights depending on their status and the nature of the contract.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madagascar, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
